Who is responsible

What we collect
When you buy: the email, name and country you enter at checkout, the products bought, the amount and date. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches us. When you create an account: your email, an optional display name and the date. When you write to us: your message and email. Technical logs (IP, browser) are kept by Cloudflare for security for a limited time.
Why and on what basis
To deliver your purchase and let you download it again (contract). To keep accounting records (legal obligation). To answer your messages (legitimate interest). To send sign-in links you request (contract). We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage in the European Union), Resend (transactional email). Purchases made on itch.io are governed by itch.io's own policy.
How long
Order records: as long as accounting law requires (currently up to 6 years in Spain). Account data: until you delete the account. Sign-in links: 15 minutes. Sessions: 30 days.
Cookies
Only one technical cookie, ims_session, to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store preferences locally (achievements, language), which never leave your device.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. You can change your email and delete your account from My account, or write to us. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
This policy may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version (2026-09-15).
